Insufficient Privileges?

Hello,

I am seeing more and more posts that I cannot reply to. Instead of the reply button, there is a gray button that says "You have insufficient privileges to reply here".
What does that mean? Are there privileged members here, a so-called elite? can I do anything about it?

You just summarized how people perceive reality in this game when they don't have time to actually understand something
Those threads you can't reply are AMA questions where only officials will reply, once all questions are answered , you might reply on your own.All those good things come to those who wait.
Don't just assume stuff, try to understand it.
