Is a purchase from the webshop considered a deposit?

The Entropia Terms of Use states:

MINDARK'S LIABILITY TOWARDS YOU SHALL, IF ACKNOWLEDGED, IN EACH INCIDENCE BE LIMITED TO NO MORE THAN THE TOTAL AMOUNT TRANSFERRED INTO THE INVOLVED ACCOUNT BY SAID PARTICIPANT UNDER SIX MONTHS PERIOD PRIOR TO THE INCIDENT.​

If you are someone that purchases mostly via the webshop. say Universal Ammo, are your purchases considered transfers or is this some new class of transaction?

If its not a transfer, will that have a significant effect on contingent liabilities?

After every webshop purchase, I get a deposit notification.

Meaning, if you reach deposit limit you are also locked from webshop on top of which you get a drop notice after every purchase.
