Question: Is there a way to change the posture of a Shopkeeper Pad?

Is there a way to change the posture of a Shopkeeper Pad? I have one in my Snug and would like him to stand with his weapon at the ready position, rather than relaxed at his side. Is there a way to do this?

Pistols are relaxed. Rifles are more "readied" w/ two hands at least. They don't use the scope, but rifles do look better equipped than pistols do.
