One problem would be that if NeverDie can use more than one avatar, then so should anyone else. Of course maybe it's not the "real" Island Girl avatar... :rolleyes:

But it's not really a problem because there are so many people using multiple avatars (pilots, for example) and MA does nothing about it. I think they only care if you are really abusing it, like having 100 sweating avatars or something.

But technically...

Well, it's not allowed but i guess that he got a shitload of peds on that ava so i guess he's using it for buying stuff and so :)

Maybe he made some arrengement with MA when she passed away. Well anyhow. Not our business

So what's going to happen to CND while Neverdie's account is locked for violating the EULA? Does he forfeit the place and it goes back on auction? Or is there a seperate set of rules for Neverdie?

It has to be fake, why would someone who invests the sort of money neverdie does bother with using a different avatar for an 88 ped bid. especially in light of Viagrafalls coment.

Meh. Should have known that would be taken the wrong way.

I had someone PM me the other day stating they hitched a ride with IslandGirl. You can bet your ass that WAS Jon. If not, the account would have been blocked.

Why do people see this as abuse? It's merely a way to 'keep the legend alive' if you ask me. Heck, if I'd come to pass away, I'd seriously hope Lykke would log in with my avatar every now and then, even if it was just to remind people I existed.

Ok, so if it was neverdie, again whats the problem, he was not bidding on his own auctions or doing anything dodgey. I tend to agree, it would be nice if people remebered me this fondly, as it is, my wife has forgotten who i am cause i play this game to much!

You cannot have 2 avatars on your name. And if you use another person's avatar, they are responsable for your action following the EULA.

So "you" can use as many accounts as you wish, but only need one account on your name. Ask Support for special cases..

maybe neverdie is just longing on so he has something to remeber buy, or maybe he is using the avatar to bid on something on a different content so he does have to pay the tax thing. Maybe he is just keeping the account active?

Probably just buying stuff for the Land Area she owns (#13)...most the things in the land area shed are also red.

It's best to not touch topics involving Island Girl... She still weighs on all our minds that knew her, she was my mentor, and a good friend., and it saddens me that someone would think he is using her for the money. NEVERDIE stated that he would log on occasionally as her, MA authorized it, so HOW DARE you even FUCKING ask Marco to advise. :mad: I don't blame Xpl0jd AT ALL. She is still a very heavy topic, you will see her occasionally, she does not play anymore... It saddens me to say. Anyone who has flamed here, I don't blame them in any way, it was a great loss for all of us. So please, spare us the grief of opening a closed wound. Mod's... For the sake of all who knew her, lock and delete this thread, please...

I think if you read the first post again you'll find that it was hoping that noone else was using the name!

How about a Blueprint for a memorial? If you want to place a memorial, then you would have to get permission from MA and the PE community. A simple graphic with the person's/group's name. Would have to be PE related.
