Help: Lag when healing, shooting, changing weapon

Hi All,

This started yesterday when i logged on, no changes made to ig graphics or computer, just came along and started, very odd... only difference is i became a mentor??

Whenever i shoot i get a lag spike, also when i change weapon or use my adj resto chip...

It got a little worse over time earlier and its not planet based as i have tried changing planets too.

The game is not unplayable its just annoying that i get a lag spike every time i shoot....

Anyone else found this issue? fixes etc?

Update: it was their side, even after uninstalling, cleaning computer, checking drivers and endless attempts to fix, last night while grinding it just stopped.... sigh.....

What was the latency? Usual or higher.
Mine is usually about 170-180 but when it goes higher all those irritating effects you mention happen
