Selling Small+(20 x 40) plot in Livas Heights. Looking at price with offers for it. looking for minimum 9500 PED for the plot.

You don't seem to be a very motivated seller. I asked you months ago in pm what the number of the Plot was so I could go check it out and you couldn't even do that... Sorry mate but I don't make offers sight unseen. Give us an actual Plot # please (all you have to do is just open your inventory, place your cursor on top of the Deed itself and read the info in the tool tip, how much easier can it get...?)
 
start bid of 50 ped to get ball rolling and maybe a start price or BO price :p
