LOG IN PROBLEMS before GC entered ..ANYONE?

I cant log in , actualy its stop or freeze before entering gold card. I cant reach the window where i put gold card number. Is like a big lag or server issue..or maybe other thing. Anyone have this problem?

Sometime I get that lag before entering the GC number, and also after entering the GC game loads and then crash

I think is something client-side, maybe your Internet connection, just close completely the EU client an re-open it again, that works for me.
