I was enjoying this thread, but now I have no clue where you have gone it misses the point.

If you do mining runs (which is easier to calc, as it is always same costs/drop), it is pretty obvious how the system works:

If you do 100 bomb runs, you might end up with 30% or 300% return - if you calc this over 2 or 3K bomb runs, the return is surprisingly stable - just dont skill up :D

My point from the start was that also your opinion is based on rumors and speculation. This anecdotal evidence you put forward as "proof" shows that.

IMO the evidence against your theory is rather strong. There are even tests that suggest that playing stupid and inefficient result in lower returns. Of course not conclusively, but on the other hand, I never saw tests that support your theory.

I rest my case... seriously, my opinion is based on far more than my own results - and ofc, what you want to see as "proof" is nothing else but a small sample of results that all contradict your claims - i could go on like that forever.

You post with the arrogance of someone convinced he is right, but you ask me to show proof...
There are tons of test that back up a fixed return percentage, too bad you don't want to see those results - EF is FULL of them - whereas i can't see tons of threads backing up what you say, only some pissed players ranting at MA claiming EU works like a casino... thats hardly a test. ;)

And tbh, you are only regurgitating some obscure lines about me being wrong, but: your refuse to back up what you claim, you refuse to try to understand what i am telling you... i had countless discussions with people like you - you so want to believe in your version of reality that you totally ignore any logics.

Hence, i will rest my case, it is indeed a waste of time to make you review your opinions from a more logical angle, and angle based on deductions rather than assumption.

Ofc you will carry on labelling my points as .. whatever, but honestly:
I won't lose any sleep over you believing in something unbelievable.

When someone begins ranting with personal attacks, it usually means he is out of arguments. Slander never made anyone win a discussion. Your accusations are a bit pathetic, as they mostly apply to yourself.

Too bad you had to make a reply like this, I actually thought we were heading the right direction. You receive a -rep.

I have problems to see what may be seen as "personal attack" or "slander" in my post, maybe care to quote and color the parts in question? Or are you maybe just a bit touchy because you are wrong? :rolleyes:

And we were heading nowhere, you are simply unable to accept other points of view than your own, hence my post.

And maybe scroll a bit up: It was you constantly attacking and insulting me, telling me "i play dumb" and all... it is a bit sad to see someone who was once a respected member of the community lose his temper over someone questioning his PoV.

I attack you with arguments only, not with insults. I may use an aggressive style though, and not everyone can appreciate that. However, your style may be even more aggressive, although you may not realize that. I am also not frustrated, I don't even say your theory wrong. I am quite open minded, and as long as a possibility is not disproved I keep it in consideration.

You see, your accusations are not accurate. You are reading things that are not there. Anyhow, I will leave it with this, i guess the discussion has overheated.

As far as i am concerned, the conversation is over - and up to a certain point, it was (imo) of interest to the public to see different peoples view on how loot might work.

forcing?.. maybe your thoughts but not mine.. i clicked back in the thread to check on any interesting updates yet all i find is two children bickering. Seems you like to create disputes or why else mention my post.

(don't answer that, i'm not interested in becoming part of a futile contest with one that has a limited capacity of adulthood).

i dont know if it's still there , but i remember in early days there was a checkbox " disable ads" that lowered the loot(with this message from MA), so this is another factor to take :D

It never "lowered the loot". Checking it granted to access to higher loots and we don't know if anyone ever got any of these ad boosted loots.
 
Heh, old news, but I guess people need to be told obvious to accept it:

1) Loot is generated on looting (bombing)
2) Each avatar has personal loot (loot generated based on unknown amount of variables tied to that avatar, for all you know hair type could be involved. One very good one is depositing)
3) Each avatar has lucky and unlucky periods (admitted by MA long time ago, it explains lucky streaks by some people just nicely)

These are facts, although someone will probably deny it (as usual). One thing to think about, since I withdrew a large sum of cash, much more then I deposited my luck has turned for worse without any hint of becoming better. My returns went from 70-80% to 30-40 regardless of what I did, sometimes even worse. Think about it well.
