I took a screenie, will post it soon.

The add reads:

Player requirements: Real brains, real balls, real bucks!

Good start...lets see more adds!

You're quite a bit late though, if you search the forum with those terms, you can find that this same thing was posted many weeks ago, many times too :p

Aaah  typical...one summer vacation EU break..... I really need to check in on the forum more :duh:

:yay: Ok, so that was a real ad on the other post. I wasn't sure if it was a photoshoped joke showing MA how to advertise due to the wording and the use of 'real money'.

1. Sounds like a online gambling site.
2. Brings light that real money is used and that real money can be stolen from others without any legal consequent.

But still, GREAT first try! Keep it up MA!

U sure it was MA? :):

That really sounds like an ark ad

MA doesn't realise Australia exists yet.. but I agree some magazine ads here in oz would be nice

I started EU, on a couple of page spread in FOCUS magazine (sort on interesting but not hard core science/tech mag). Was an article more than ad, but worked for me. Wish I kept that edition.

ESO. Sugar molecules in the gas surrounding a young Sun-like star

The above was the header on a Science article on Google News this morning.

Cliked on the link to the Youtube clip ...

And each time I've run it, 2 of the 3 Google ads are for:
www.entropiauniverse.com, and www.planetarkadia.com :)

Now that's what I'd call a nice ad placement! I guess the ads may vary from country to country, but (with luck) there might be a bunch of Aussie science geeks coming to check out the game

Awesome :)

However for some reason, I just get cupid.com adverts.
Deleted all cookies and still the same, really annoying tbh.

Google sense sucks, I checked my cookie profile with google and nothing about dating/sex sites is in it.
Maybe changing my IP address will help. :scratch2:

Google profile is as follows:

Games - Computer & Video Games
41
Remove
Games - Online Games - Massive Multiplayer
935
Remove
Online Communities - Virtual Worlds
972
Remove
Science - Astronomy
435

Human Powered Helicopter

Another Science News clip where, of the 3 ads, 1 is for EU and the other for Ark :)

I don't see the ads?
