I think I waited long enough. Support is ghosting me for more than a week (After longer wait). I play this game for 15 years and don't want to write bad about it so I will wait another 24 hours. Please if someone is still working there look at my support case.

I am about to write it in another post, but basically how you will not withdraw after 15 years deposits and buying deeds and TT value of your account:
Total items value: 40,040.26 PED for 3,182 items
And as you can see not a line from support or anyone for more than a week.

my only advice i can think of is withdraw/uninstall but I am sure you won't follow up.

@Nanashana please add 456238 to it as well, mine was closed and they said it was passed to members of responsible team and I never heard nothing from there, shows how much they care about us....
 
welcome to 2026, nothing changes, and nothing will change. instant deposit OK, for withdrawals? personally he succeeded in making me disgusted with the game. but I no longer have any worries since I no longer play at all

Have you ever thought about hiring a lawyer? What is the reason why they are not paying you your money?

appears withdraw took longer then normal OP was upset made post complaining got his withdraw now has keys not unhappy any more so back to regular programing
