Making Auction House Orders

OK, so I'm not exactly a noob but this question belongs here ... I can't seem to place an order at the auctioneer, the order button is always greyed out.

I can't think what I am missing because I put plenty on in the past.

Have you selected the right planet?
Have you tried switching the auction house off and on again?
Is it yet another new UI problem I wasn't aware of so far?

My guess is it's the third one...

You need to switch tab from offers to orders, then available. Unfortunately you can't type there to search for whatever you need, the list on the left will help you.
And if you go to crafting and click blueprint to craft, there are ingredients at the bottom, click arrow and Place an auction order for this item.

I am pretty sure it wasn't working before UI update too

I got kicked off and when I went back in there it was working.
