skilling rifle

I am trying to skill rifle enough to unlock marksmanship. (Got about 1k to go)

1. What is the cheapest way to skill rifle?
2. Do you skill quicker with attachments like amp, scope, and laser?
3. Do you skill quicker when several mobs are chewing on you at once?
4. Do you skill rifle quicker when target is far away vs close up?
5. Is there a particular animal that seems to skill rifle quicker?
6. What about walking backwards vs just standing there?
7. I am currently using Jester I cause it only cost 2pec / shot, would I skill more quickly with a bigger rifle?

2. yes, yes and yes... with the amp you get more damage (costs more too but is more efficient so you should do more damage/pec) the sights and scopes don't cost too much but make give you a decent extra skill gain. you can put a laser on your scope too.
3. don't think so, you'll get more defense skills but also bad armor decay
4. not sure... don't think so but you might get more things like inflict ranged damage
5. doesn't seem to vary much if you ask me but i might be wrong, at low skills all mobs will give you decent gains anyway, depends more on how much damage you are doing
6. hmmm very much doubt it makes any difference so walk backwards
7. yes you would but it would cost you more. tt the jester and get an opalo

Why would I choose Opalo vs Jester if both have same amo cost and decay but Jester gives better damage? Does Opalo skill better?

with opalo u have a bonus, learning period...

and with opalu u also have better hit abilities, than with the jester. so.. finally u would do more damage with opalo, because u dont miss every third shoot on the mob
