Question: Maxing Aakas Fire Dagger?

Hi, when do you max this dagger?

I am 43 dmg and 39,50 hit but still 61/63 on attack, anyone know?

usually you max uses 1 level after maxing hit

Think it was changed to be that way on SIB around 2-3 years ago or so

at 40,20 Hit it moved from 62 > 63

By 40.5 you will be at 63...
