Ok saw a post on another thread where the poster requested that MM categories be split up further to like 10 LVLS max per category instead of the current LVLS so I decided to take a bit of a look at the SIB weapons for low categories with hunting profession and their DPS. Anyone is welcome to continue on with the rest of the categories.
I will use the closest usable SIB weapon not necessarily maxed before use for that category and compare it to the closest maxedout SIB weapon for that category even if it is a few lvls below the Category cap. I'm not going to cover the rookie weapons nor clubs, powerfists or support weapons.
Category 1: 0 - 24
Min SIB weapon usable:
Laser carbine: Sollomate Opalo : 5.9 DPS
Ukash IW80 Rifle (L) : 9.8 DPS ( Think its another planets weapon so included TT one above)
Laser Pistol : Omegaton M2100 : 2.9 DPS
Ukash IW36 Pistol (L) : 11.1 DPS ( Think its another planets weapon so included TT one above)
BLP Rifle : Isis CB5 (L) : 6.4 DPS

My Conclusion: On the lower categories the LVLs should be split up more as there is a huge DPS gap. The gap however appears to decline more and more the higher the category goes ( Bit tired to do the rest atm if no one does it I will do it sometime tomorrow)
