Are there still heal jobs easly found ingame post Mayhem melee attacments and xmiss and summer 20 life steal rings; or is this only for epic lvl grinders?

Not easily found but there still are healing jobs. What's missing is the incentive to hunt big mobs, not the addition of the life steal; there are still mobs to hunt that are impossible to solo for the vast majority, even with the life steal.
This tool is amazing for healing profession as it gives a great deal of skill. But it's also amazing for grinders since it contributes to looter prof just by healing, with 2 skills, should you have scientist unlocked. Great in PVP as well, but there's not much PVP going on these days...
