Just saw this in the NPC at Ithaca. Is this new or is this something I have just not noticed until now? It isn't a great bot armor, I was just curious.

I looted one a while back, didn't realize they were rare, I'll be damned if I remember what I got it from. Haven't seen one since. Funny it takes a rare item and is not great armor. That would explain why I have never seen it.
