They have been going for 2k for the last few years, but as they become more difficult to find for sale, I suspect the price is starting to creep up now, some people paying around 2500 ped for them.

Yes I have sold a few, I used to have a shop on Monria. I sold them all for 2k ped.

Just got a PM: "I easily sold mine about 3-4 months ago for 2.5k and I think they are more valuable than that tbh"
My guess was 3-4K but we will see.

SHOOT! I might keep it! LOL The only way to acquire these apartments is by winning an event, these were never sold by Monria, and they also come with FREE space travel on the Yamato as long as you own it.
