Halloween Mayhem doesn't have a ring, it's a Neopsion Implant.

+3% damage
-30% Max Health
Maxx profession Level: 150

Not sure about that max health, does this mean if you have 200hp you'll have 140hp with this implant? normally it's a straight 30hp not a percentage.

Value???

3% more DPS and 3% more DPP - no extra cost. No ring slot.

Limited to MF chips is kinda lame but it's a step in the right direction as rings were oversaturdated.

5-8k PED pending rarity.

I don't think it is limited to MF chips but I'll test when I loot one.

In my opinion it depends. If I loot one then probably 40k minimum, if I don't and I have to buy one, around 1k.

Just an FYI, like the previous strongbox implant, it is not limited to MF. The buffs apply to your avatar like any other buff.

so can an official comment if this 3% stacks with space mining dmg, cuz now that crit and crit dmg is gone these M astroids be killing low lvl gun users....

Not today but I expect it in the future when they realize they fixed a "bug" that was a feature just a few months ago

jellyworm pet is 20k+ that has 4% damage increase and you cant use a tezla pet for LS, arguably worse than losing some HP so this is a great implant.

Price check for me is anywhere between 10 and 20k. Maybe not as high as 20k ... from the other thread I mentioned:

"Combined with Hyperion armor (+1% outgoing damage for Augmented), and the jelly pet (+4%), this is really quite a significant increase for effectively nothing. If you buy the "might" buff within RDI you'll have 13% total there no matter the weapon - I mean wow!"

i'd say 15ish k
space has no downside, so 3% is brutal, as its not only dpp, is dps aswell.
jellyworm on 3% dmg lvl cost is 20k+ and consumes nutrio etc. so i'd say all in all great implant in comparrison to before.
not to mention it stacks with perf.hyp (1.5%) and fully upped jelly (4%) so 8,5% increase is just insane....
definitely made halloween most worth to open in terms of rare drop(ring/implant) :D

again, all depends on demand greately, but in ideal universe i believe even 19-20k possible, at current market state would say 15 ish is top it should reach

Bumping.

Heard many different prices quoted from different more of less reliable sources. I have seen buyers offered it for 10k I believe but rejected (not sure how interested the buyers were in these cases though).

Anyone want to spread light on the topic?

Imo i dont see it be worth more then 5k ped and thats the top

I think 30% is a super big chunk of hp
100 hp means you have 70 hp
200 hp means you have 140 hp
300 hp means you have 210 hp
400 hp means you have 280 hp
500 hp means you have 350 hp

If you have 500+ hp yes then the item makes sense to use but anything under that hp barrier wont rly benefit out of it

But shure it depends on your build if its a benefit or not...
I just dont see the market for it , there is no demand, 99% of players cant use it , and most ubers above 400 hp wont trade in 30% for 3% extra damage

Most new mobs hit rly hard and you need a lot of hp on top of a good armor or liveleach,

I can see it usefull for someone with super long range, but it still Limits you a lot with 30% less hp

Basically someone with 350hp becomes me, not so fun...

If I were to get one, if would bring my HP down to 160hp which would make it hard to do any fun mobs. However, fun mobs aren't eco at all so the extra 3% DPP makes no difference.

I think it might be useful for boring grinds on small mobs with a little bit of mu for most.

The price is set by those that want to pay whatever seller is asking.

Both buyers and sellers evaluate stuff based on some of the most weird (to others) arguments. When they agree, that's the current market price.

For example, I would lose 335 HP by switching to this. I want one, but not so much and I would rarely use it. Probably I would pay around 2k for it. I do acknowledge people are willing to pay more than that, say 10k and that is the price for it, not what is it worth it for me so, like many others have said, I will wait :)

Some peopel do no believe in dev notes and believe DPP = tt profit, I suppose such people would be early adopters for this item. Other people just want more DPS for little stuff, they too will go for this. As always, price is whatever someone is willing to pay, but still the owner of the item has the final decision...

How prices are set in this economy will never stop amazing me one bit. Since there is no way to create a model for prices in here that works for all items comparing cost versus benefit, I have to rely on what other people agree upon paying in order to not make a bad deal. 😅

The increase in DPP would add a slight increase to average MU but I doubt 95% of players would benefit from this.

You build models on large numbers, something we don't have in here. It's a small community, small number of items and more important, very different perspectives. If you ask me, you should not even sell it, but keep it and use it for yourself, when it is appropriate. Unless you want to sell it now and buy it late, which could makes sense...

Oh, I didn't get lucky and loot one, but I am thinking of getting one.

But since this will keep dropping for another 50 weeks I would probably sell it if I got one and buy back later.

just to add information on the implant, the malus is apply on the base hp.
Let say you got 100 hp base in the skill window. your hp drop to 70 hp.
If you have a ring with 30 hp gain. it s like 70 + 30 = 100 hp, if you eat a nutri pills you can less the malus again.

If you have 100 HP there are other items to consider first.

If Frost sold for 8k it is safe to assume they do sell for a bit less.

Yeah, if you calculate this with 100HP base this is no big deal, but with more HP it gets a lot worse :D

That was the number I came up with too, and heard others say the same.

the dpp increase compounds w/ crit dmg buffs, so i stand by the 8-10k i originally thought and will sell it for that.
