I really do wish you the best of luck ND and hope you sell it for far more than the $69k us dollars. On the other hand guys, it just sounds like he bought the egg a long time ago for a certain amount, and holding onto it for so long increases its value to him because he believes MA is thinking of a way to follow it with an equal to its value event. If it sells for more he probably believes he wins by getting to party and he finally gets some liquid funds instead of having it tied up so much in the EGG. He just wants a good party and an insane summer I believe, and probably will travel around the world partying or something with everyone.

MA probably just has taken too long for him to hold onto it anymore when he would rather have a nice summer to party instead of holding onto a large paperweight until an unknown date where it will pay out quite well. Party hard in the summer, or wind up with a somewhat shittier ingame party that is a publicity event because of the cold winter weather and no real life out of game experiences?

I am sure you would buy it , if he was selling for TT+1k...
its just a matter of price

If ND has it, we know something nice will eventually hatch.
If one of us will, it may just be a rotten egg... So I think it is in the benefit of ND and our community to keep it and call MA again and again until the true nature of the egg is revealed.
So for this reason, I would not pay 1k or 100 ped for this item. Not to mention 1M peds... For me is clear that this is just a teasing action to boost the image of his name and club, and is a very good one, since all those people are reading and think about it.
