Found this new one out in the new pvp zone, at least I think its new, I havn't heard about it yet myself Descriptions these days are hinting all over the place to possible new healing tools/methods. I tried doing everything with it for actual use but couldn't get it to do anything, its gota be just another material for use in bp's maybe new Vivi t(?).

lucky me i had only found 2 claims and was a question o 3 or 4 peds loot.
