New idea for hangar

We all know, how usles the hangar's are, except that they use a large aeria, where mining is not allowed.
I also don't think, that MA this will change, so the space ships could land and start from there.

So, here an idea for the MA dev team and CEO.

1. Add a feature to the hangar, so the owner can build up the land place to be a dom like on foma, but much more small.
2. Make craftable items to build up the hangar to be a creature dom.
3. make new DNA for hangars
4. make some new creatures for hangar.

5. any more ideas ?

If privateers won't be able to land, why not create a teleporter to the caly spacestation for a 2 ped mindark fee + tax setting that can be set by the hangar owner.
A second setting could set a tp to a privateer/mothership of choice (if docked at the spacestation) for the same mindark fee+tax.

This would get traffic to the hangars.

Not a bad idea. At least better than noting like now.

The dome idea would be also nice, about new items to loot and craft, and maybe give some ores and enmatter a chance to get some MU back. Or also at some hunting loot, ofc.

Hangar owners could make events, for the creatures into the hangar dom.

yes, and that would make lot more sense that making domes out of hangers.
That way, at least they serve the purpose they were created for.

I would like the option for both.
The teleporter idea is nice, but there could be much more, and give benefit to us all, if some materials get MU back.

Good idea. They could do this before developing a better solution for later i.e. whatever plans they had for them

how about saving the mini-domes for the land deed gardens?

As far as the tp to ss idea goes, it's interesting, but probably should be lowered to match whatever the cost is in oil decay on old vtol or whatever for the price to go up and get in to space normally.

Now a tp between planets using the hangar for a small fee similar to the auction fee for transfer of items between space as it is now could work... The tp for new folks to Monria just died so alternatives there could be interesting. Just to don't limit it only to Monria... allow it to go to the other planets too, or at least to the moons (ark's new moon and monria)... still not sure if Monria and Ark Moon will be similar without the fee to enter from space, but suspect it will be.

maybe give the hanger owners mini instances like the RT shop basements. instead of basements its set on a satellite owned by the hanger owner, this can be upgraded like RT basements

I think it is just too small for the LD gardens. The landing place on hangars are realy large enough for making a small dome.
