What is the "Mission of PFC"? Is there a public mission statement of some kind? That would be helpful to avoid the ban hammer.

The mission statement seems to have gotten lost during one of the prior forum upgrades.

I have reposted the PCF Mission Statement now, and added a link to it in the footer of every forum page.
