Since I cashed out a while ago and quasi starting out "new", I didn't want to join any of the many, many socs there are already. So I am creating a new one and looking for active members from around the world. I know how hard it is to find new good members and start a soc from scratch, but I am up for a challenge.

There are no skill requirements.
You have to be able to support yourself.
