um and when I look at entropedia I can see there are more than one LA14 and 15.... ?? is there an official nummbering of the LAs anywhere??

There are OLA and LA. OLA's are owned by individual players, and none of them are used in the event. If you click on the land area on entropedia, you will see which one it is.
