I guess he is refering to the fact that it was (is?) harder for Romanian players to join Entropia before because MA demanded ID copy to be sent after there was some big scamming incident with a bunch of Romanian people?
That was yeaaaaaars ago tho and I have only heard stories about this, I do not know the details

What does this have to do with Entropia Universe, and why was it posted in the General EU Discussion forum rather than the Off Topic forum?

At one point previous to VU10 MA blocked all IPs coming from Romania for about a month if I remember right is where I think he is going due to all the scamming.

It's not like Romania is full of thieves and scammers, and the UK is full of saints...
