Well, talk has begun and some people are both for and against the idea.

However, I decided "what the hell". Let's continue making our own fun here in this universe.

It was on the other thread, but I am happy to start the ball rolling....

I will be a medic :) I can FAP either at revival, the rig, or in the field with the troxies - wherever I am needed most!!

Count me in. Last time I was on Nicole's team, with Eps. I won't mind that again. Killing trox is also still a favourite passtime.

Last time round I took part as an OJ, this time I'm happy to be part of the Trox Clearing/Medical/Guide teams, whichever one needs extra personnel :)
 
I was a trox killer for the last 2

I guess I can offer my services as a trox killer. I don't have a wormhole chip yet, so can't be of any help there....

Still need more help I think though. We need to make sure this trip is just as much fun as the last 2. :)
 
Come on guys n gals. When was the last time you got to have this much fun ? Couple hundred players gathered in one spot, blood everywhere,, more OJ's then Simpson could run through in an hour. MA guides on hand (hopefully), more blood n bullets flying then at any other EU event. Lag so bad that you can shoot but be killed by an opalo before your shot hits someone :) It just doesnt get any better then a rig run :) Not too mention the free oil :laugh:
 
I'm happy to help again with running groups back to civilisation avoiding the spiders and swiming through the sea of lag :)
 
I seem to have been assigned to the "Medical" Division...
I wish I even had proper skills. :D

I'll always be happy to help but for the first minutes I need to have free hands to take as much pics and vids as possible.

Can I be reassigned to a division where I'm more helpful?
(Note: I'm very clumsy with weapons too...) :ahh:

Anyway, I'm looking forward to the Trip!

Attn: MindArk!

Please note the comments of the bad lag the last field trip encountered. Your own guides personally experienced the last trip.

Anything you can do in the next 4 weeks to help that situation over at the rig (and other affected areas) would be greatly appreciated. This will be my only comment about this. Thank you.

(Yes, I know talking directly to MA is frowned on via the rules, but please let this one go. Thanks)
 
there was no lag ^^

just a time problem

basically, all the wormholes had a serious effect of the space and time

the whole timeline in these areas slowed down dramatically
sometimes even threw you back (rubberbanding) in the past !

no lag at all :D

OK... talking to MA directly is frowned upon... so let's start sending those support cases BEFORE the problem arises. We all know it will. Maybe a heads up by us would make a difference? Or a waste of time...?
 
No. We don't need this thread to disintegrate into a long complaint about past lag issues.

What's been said has been said. Let's stick to gathering the crew for the field trip and getting the process started.
 
yeah i'll come along - let me know when and will endeavour to be there :)

you should really try and coax mikah out of retirement though - it was with her we conceived the original event

As Always this should be a memorable and recorded event. I am always available John for Medic/Mob killer etc. Will break out the Jag and 5Bs for this one :)
