After 3 days of grinding, the population is much reduced, so it looks like people can now mine without being mobbed

If I were you Id pay an advert on Calypso.

Just green text on black background, nothing fancy, biggest letters that fit so its readable from a distance. Inviting miners to OLA#41E New Switzerland.
When I did those I put longest period with lowest price possible. No need to spend alot. Comes down to something like 30 ped for 30 days.

It should help get back those who f-ed off when argo came in.
