Old "L" Items

I suppose this question was already up somewhere, at leats I could not find an answer to it even using search:

How can I get rid of old/used "L" items in my inventory?

I can not kick them out, I can not sell them for "0", I can not drop them on the floor.
There is also nowhere a bin or something in my inventory... or at least I did not find any.

there is currently no way to remove the 'free arkadia items'.

what you CAN do however is leave them in your storage on another planet... say a planet that you never visit.
