stats seem great, is it that low because its such highlvl requirment?

Partly due to high level but mainly because blades are all decay unlike guns that use ammo. The 1ped Neptune blades that use ammo are much more desiarable.

Exactly it, if you're paying a high markup for an all decay (L) weapon, you're just wasting money. 102% on neptune which is 100% decay is like paying 126% on an armatrix sb-75, and 110% on neptune would be like paying 213% for an armatrix sb-75.
