Origin of the human left foot, right foot, skull and skull pile

I am sorting out my stuff depending on the planet origin of the items.
But I fail when it comes to these four items.
Someone in Rookie suggested "Africa"

Do anyone know the EU origin of them and how long they have been ingame?
Entropedia is not much help.

I would be very greatful if you could help resolving the mystery around these human body parts history.
