Price Check PA Mall and Twin Peaks Shops

Can someone give me current average prices on these? I know price depends on shop size and floor but some examples of recent sales would be really appreciated.

Sold small mall shop on PA for I think 25k a while ago on auction. Maybe a little cheap but best lowball offers were all between 15-20k for it.
Not sure where all the buyers are to justify the 35-50k BO prices I’ve seen on other mall shop posts but I never encountered them haha.

Medusa is a different kettle of fish I think, those are likely worth the price.
