Participate at MM 2013 and not be in the result list

So, it seems that mission updating is not necessary
 
Something seriously wrong here, but I suspect MA will not admit fault, on a positive note it looks like MA have found a way to reward you looking at the 3 nice mining hofs you had over the last 3 days. Big Gratz :yay:

Hope you get this resolved soon.

...I am sorry for what has happened to you Angbu...I would continue to pursue the answer issue because it will help us all understand and if they cant provide an intelligent and calculated answer to why then we should all take pause to enter these events in future...

It would be rather funny if they have adjusted anything loot wise as this would mean they are tampering with the payout system.

When is the last time MindArk's system and code has been inspected for fraudulent activity? Was it for the banking licenses, or when they were suspected of being a gambling site? Where are the reports/documentation for this?

What a cluster answer...I think these are like robo-answers...not even willing to respond with a cogent answer...I would let them know that you are posting these answers on thread in PCF and that there are a significant amount of people interested in the specific answer to the problem and consider making your support case through the website not through ingame...you deserve a specific answer...

....or it suggest you didn't meet the 30 hour minimum...but they should tell you exactly why you didn't...how much time they have recorded...that's why I did 32 hours...just for the MA screwup...

There's more people like Angbu, seems to me if you hunted with 2 in team (the same hours) that only one of the team can be in the list. But as always no real answers...

Maybe it's intended that it's the team leader who's supposed to be doing most dmg/sec, and get the score, and the others in team is supposed to be support people?

When you did it, did you do it with the same team leader and first person to enter every time, or did you switch places?
 
This is bullshit. They need to tell him why he was disqualified. Considering all the PED that gets turned over during these events, these support answers are insulting to the entire fucking community.

Yes. I'm pretty sure you still get the diploma.
 
same teamleader with most dmg/sec, same team each run, teamleader not in the list... And no answer from MA why, just that the results are correct, lol and then posting they misallocated hsl etc...

you guys are posting in the wrong thread... this is about the SOLO MM fuckup.... MA needs to give this guy an answer. I had 2 Soc members effected by this..... One is leaving the game, the other I have not seen since they said he had "won" a prize.

This is about the SOLO not group MM scores.

same problem have my friend team leader not on the list ,
 
I hope you eventually get a decent reply from support angbu..

I can sort of understand that they post the incorrect prizelists a few times. Even though I dont like it. Humans do make mistakes...
I can understand that people are getting disqualified for not meeting the time limit or doing something else violating the EULA.

I cannot understand those automatic responses from support. They havent answered your question at all!

I agree that you have a right to know WHY your name is not in the scorelist.
 
It is all VERY scary...

...that you could put your peds on the line risk it all, supposedly do everything right, place on the list by all overt records of your effort and then get nothing with no response...this is what your dollars are worth to them...nothing...I will be very hesitant to participate next year I will find something else to do...unless they give an outright response to Angbu of what they have recorded...how he can have so many points apparently met 30 hour minimum and they cant outright tell him this is what we have...they dont want us to see the discrepancy and think WTF even more...

support is terrible - thats the issue here I think.

The first support answer was just a copy paste of one of MAs communication aboutt he event rules.

The second support answer was just the typical throw away non answer you always get from those drones :(

whatever MA are paying for the support its too much.
I sent 6 supports cases recently, totally different questions and issues, ALL received the exact same copy and paste response. MA need to get a grip on this obviously.

on another note i doubt the OP's loot was influenced by his posting here.. thats just stupid

i send a letter at David Simmons with a friend.
i received an email of David Simmons Saturday 1st March. He said that support 'll investigate.
But no news since...
