I remember they explained part of the issue with their test servers. In the test environment they don't have the capability to mimic thousands of real time players and some of the issues associated with that. They used to do this in the past actually. Now they expect us to bug report for free which many still do. I as a customer do expect them to fix our reported bugs though, without breaking something else otherwise it shows incompetence/not professional, alpha game etc.
Problem is they fix one bug get 2 bugs or more for free. They gotta fix their problem with live/test server sync issue or whatever it is - This is actually their most crucial "bug" imo.
Then their bugs will actually get fixed without breaking something else in the process.
This is a long time problem for MA/PP's it's like they gambling on each update, hoping for the best and it seems they aren't able to fix it or they don't wanna invest the money/time required to fix it. Since they are also working on UE5 which one would think would probably fix it (we shall see).
I like that approach but there should be a way to opt out of any prizes or the prizes should be tt'able.problem with that system is that there's no way to know you were the first, and it also means most people who report bugs will never get a reward, so they'll quit
a better system is one i've seen implemented elsewhere. give some kind of minor cosmetic or consumable once a month to everyone that submitted bugs that month. it has no TT value. doesn't matter if you're the first or the last to submit. this will incentivize people to submit a bug when they come across one, but won't end up wasting your time if you're not the first.
