I dont get it, thats exactly the same. "The chance to roll a 1 on a d6 is 1/6" = "You will roll a 1, 1/6th of the time" (assuming inf. rolls). 
Or is there some sort of English voodoo at work here that I am missing? I even ctrl+f'd your link but it didn't mention "chance". Or is it that stuff in the ( ) up there and you're just having fun with the exactness of phrasing things?
Anyway, wish I had the spare peds to get your plate Dindom. gl with the sale and sorry for bumping it because of my own curiosity!
