I believe it is due to the "mask" type helmet that is the Pixie, but I am just assuming.

Same with ghost, so yeah, mask seems probable.

same with adjusted harrier which is a helmet so unsure there.

I think it might be related to what itemslot it actually uses. There is backpacks, glasses, hats, helmet, face guard, full suits of clothing.
Sometimes equiping one can replace the other, might be the casue of this @Ludvig|MindArk
