Placing animal deeds

I recently bought an apartment and while looking in other apartments i saw that some people had put their pet deeds on tables, floors etc.
These deeds varied from level 1 to 3.
I cant place mine, it just says that the condition is to low but deeds cannot be repaired so what.....
My pet has full health, full trust and is level 3 and it is fed for the next year.
Is there a trick to putting them there?

My guess is, those deeds were put there before they made it so you cant drop something worth less than a pec. The no dropping stuff worth less than a pec is still pretty new. Once they pick those deeds up, they probably wont be able to place them again.

you need to feed your pet to 3% condition ... maybe more, don't know exatley ... at a stalker daikiba, i have feed them 3k bars, for make the deed on floor.

The problem is that you need to feed your animal. I have some stalkers I would like to put in my estate, but not doable since it would cost me a fortune. If you would like to put deeds in your estate you need to get some young ones.
