i have no idea how it is possible that someone does not fucking doublecheck what they are auctioning, especially when its about "life savings" as she said.
i mean you dont go into a casino and accidentally place 12k usd at roulette like it is a mistake. double check what you do and it is IMPOSSIBLE to make such a mistake. it has been said so often, there is a warning for a reason and still people cant read.
if i were the buyer id keep em and be happy i got lucky. thats like winning a jackpot at a lottery. this is a real cash economy and like in real life if you do a mistake it costs you money.
if you put something into an auction system in real life (e.g. ebay) and you make a mistake and sell something for 100 bucks but it is worth 10.000 bucks and someone instantly buys it and you made a legally binding contract. this has happened in real life and people sued em for making that unfavorable trade and they won because a legally binding contract is legally binding. stupidity doesnt buy you out of consequences.

Deeds return gives more than bank interest rates that's why I invested here.
I deposited this money 1 year ago to make some £ and now I was selling it to take it out and buy new car for the family and I am in this situation with my wife not talking to me.

I liked your posts in the past but... probably your todays mood making you write this.

First of all we all can do mistakes. And i really hope that everything goes well to this person.
But its not about him/her.

Its about:
Blackmails to Malcolm about stop talking to him/stop trading with him/"tell everyone" about him. Nice people to do even before this guy had a chance to say yes/no. We all do our mistakes and take our responsabilities for them. Its very unfair to oblligate him to do something you consider right when person didnt break any rule/law and more with this methods. If I would him, this only would make me angry with the situation taking it with the affected person. You dont making any good with this imo.

Dont take me wrong. Not defending any actions or even him. Im also the damned (trader) so there is a competition. There are just no actions at all to defend or rage on still and would be very good of all of you to take it with calm making judgment only after something really happens.
