Question: Plot deed managed by Marcus Callender

As the title says, why are some plots under control of Marcus Callender yet? I think that not sold plots from 2015 gone in his hands, but not new plots from Hestia.
Maybe someone has an answer for me, because I put an eye on a specific plot in Hestia, but after two days it was claimed by MC and is not anymore for sale.


As you can see on the screenshot Hestia #12 is claimed but #11 is still available.

That means MA is claiming plots to give away in events/loot.

Or its a fake Marcus. Callander is spelt wrong so it might just be some player being fancy.

Or it could be that it just shows that when someone buys a plot but doesn't claim it.

Callender is the spelling of real Marcus' name.

I confirm that this is correct - I bought it two days ago, yes, and the plot next door was still available.
