Just looted this bp here:

Couple things to note:
-The required level is only 20, vs 71 on the UL Blueprint.
-Entropedia estimates a 20 PED MU/click savings vs the UL Blueprint (http://entropiawiki.com/Info.aspx?chart=DetectAmp&id=15)

Got 8 clicks on it. Tough to say, with such a low sales volume and MU over 999999%, any idea on its value?
