Private Chat window annoyance

I think I have fu*ked up my UI somehow?

Whenever I start a new private chat the "Main info tabs" (I know there is a better word for it) attaches to it and is moved under the new private chat window.

This is REALLY annoying. Is this a new "feature" or have I been accidentally messing with some setting?

My guess is you changed your settings.
Options > Interface > Down the bottom

i have a issue where the chat window of the person i talked last before logout, will pop up each time i will login for several days. doesnt matter if i close it, it will still reopen at login.
