Problems with installation

Hello,

Ok, so I have downloaded the installer and am getting a "cannot connect to server, make sure the server isn't down or you don't have a firewall message" over and over when i try to connect.

My firewall is completely down. I have reinstalled it a few times as suggested in support. The server is not down...

Anyone else have this problem. What should I do?

first thing I would do is turn my firewall back on a do a deep scan of my system

what are you using?

and do you have anything else that may be stopping it?

What firewall are you using. Be aware that if you have a firewall other then the windows one and turn it off, manytimes windows will turn its firewall on automaticly. Now I have never used windows firewall since playing EU, I'm not sure if it will restrict EU.
