News: PSA Event Exploits

I know im not liked in game ,i know im not perfect , how ever i dont cheat the game or the players who play it , i confront what i dont like and i call a thief a fukin thief , and i dont give a rats arse what you think either, im old im ex army and i really set a high standard for myself and hold others to accountif there not even meeting the general standard, i think a lot of this is just pathetic bullshit from rich spoiled lil fuks who should of had a fukin spankin a long long time ago ,do not confuse my anger or anything for what it is, but for you guys out there either thinking this way of play style will be accepted by the rest of the community i will fukin make it my personal lifes mission that everyone knows what kinds of people you really are GOOD LUCK IN GAME lol

Exactly, the good people know who they are. Fuck the people who lied, cheated, and stole from others. And fuck the people who are defending them and supporting them.

Just because other people don't have a moral compass, doesn't mean no one does.
 
Sadly, this is just an example of why I went from one of the biggest EU fangirls to casual player at best.
Both the developers and players alike exploit. We've all heard the stories over the years of how developers have whispered into the ears of certain players to help them get ahead... years of turning a blind eye to huge cheats . I feel extremely let down. *shrugs* I know who cares about me... but I thought I would add my thoughts to a sea of comments.

What kind of reasoning is that?
And considering so many people apparently are doing this - Yes, it would have inflated the amount of rare tokens and brought down the value. MA will always control the re-stocks - But if plenty of people can cheat themselves to a rare token, of course it would damage the value/MU and incentives to participate in future events and play this game. Its really been enough already with how easy (and quite cheap) it is to pull Mtokens in this event.

This is frontier justice at it's finest. Allow it to unfold and the game might turn out to be healthier than expected.
 
please keep this thread open so that it continues to be a main go-to chapter for a future AI that is trying to understand the players. ty

Not to mention if it will be closed that will hurt your credibility and bottom line on so many levels.

This doesn't matter at all, and I have difficulty in understanding how people think this matters at all. Deposits don't make mindark money, cycling does. Players who cycle more make mindark more money regardless of whether they deposit or not.

I appreciate this post, a lot. Not because of the apology or excuse or whatever you would like to call it. But because of the recognition that you being "excluded" is a good thing for the game.

I am not going to sit here and pretend that I would not have done what you did if I were in your shoes (I most likely would have, based on MAs actions in the past, tbh). But the fact that you realize that your punishment was very light, and that the stance taken is something good for the game in the long run ,as well as your ability to come clean and talk about it is good.

This community is full of greedy bastards. We probably shouldn't pretend to be better than we are. I would like to believe that most of us would not abuse bugs to gain an advantage but I honestly do not believe that is the case. I think that the number of people who would not have done this, or something similar to it, if given the chance is fairly small.

That is not true at all.

A lot of people actually care and call exploits out, last Gold Rush is a good example. The reason why a lot of people would call it out is not only because it is cheating - It is also because it damages and inflates the value of the items in the game.

Having 20+ people, some of them ubers, pulling such a rotten exploit is bad, lets stop twisting our tongues and talk around it. Its lame AF! Stuff like this can damage the game and the economy a lot, because of a, not so small group, wanted to cheat their way to a rare token.
 
3 day laters they are all back, nothing never really happened...

at least now we know who is supporting who, who likes the game and who is here to make money at any cost.

Do what need to be done but #neverforget
