I can see some salty resellers here, maybe better to spend time trying to work around being on ignore list for everyone in the game, instead of wasting breath on forum.

ONLY reason why people are locked for this bullshit, and it's funny that nobody realize it, is because this workaround affects MindArk income directly, as it takes GAMBLING to retrieve the gems. Even it is stated GAMBLING is forbidden, it is enforced trough bonus mission.

In every other case where market is manipulated, other players damaged trough direct competition, they won't care, they ignore the support cases forever.

Yog exploiters gained God knows how many rare and M tokens and cashed them in when they were worth the most, they did nothing. Why? Because it was damaging other players, it wasn't damaging the company. Same goes for botting and multi-avatar extravaganza during whole twen which they proffessionally ignored.

Before my lock I had turned in 16000 points through crafting my own looted components and ones made from the community, mined seriously for the first time in 6 years and actively participated in all the other aspects of the event. I had gained a rare token through completing this, which was removed from my inventory yesterday which means progress will also be reset and it’s only fair.

Knowing everyone will have to go through the same mechanics going forward is reassuring and for whoever’s saving a list with idiots, put me down there on this one.

Don't call it a brain fart, you are a top player with perfect understanding of the game. Why its almost always ubers who cheat and then they write on forum how they achived their greatness... You decided to cheat the system to gain advantage over players who play legit. Some people see you as a person they want to be (in the game) so what you did is double shaming. I know im just a rando and you wont care tomorrow but today you lost a lot of respect in game. Brain farts... soon we will excuse rapist and murderers (i know its way stretched but that's people mentality here late)

Show me please one single county in this big world where the "system and justice" work perfect.

MindArk have think over all aspect of this.
Some bugs are let active because some players can cheat all day long.
Let's take "yog reload". What benefit have MA? More reload, more decay. More profit for MA.
And this can gain over all aspects and areas of this game. More players playing one single account, more speed, and others know and unknow bugs that are used be this type of players bring more money in MA office.

Now think about this.

All items what "cheaters" find or create will end in a normal player storage. At the end of the day is only about MU. I will not start to give names here but can be everyone. He can have tons of unique items worth milions, at the end all that amount of items have just a TT value. Not more.

Right now, 5k active players left. If half from this players understand that here cheaters will allways have the chance to loot best items will leave. Why? How I can participate on events where I dont have any chance. More players farm a account 24/24, use more bugs to gain the final reward.
Is fair? NO. Does MA take actions for this? Nooope. Why?
Well MA dont want a new playersbase, the idiots who keep pushing everyday will pay the price for what " big cheaters" do. Why to pay to change the core and mechanics of the game to improve when there are moorons who dont care and push this shit.


When people who pay the final price on that items discover that is not worth and quit , what will make the "big strong wales"? Sell back with MU to MindArk? I dont belive that.

Exploits and bugs will never stop to exist.
MA make more profit on decays, cheaters on MU for that items and moorons will accept to pay for all this shit.

So stop to wave like crazy peoples. Until MA dont take this problem in own hand and solve there will be like allways. "smart people" and " stupid payers" .

We all play for money. This is the true.

In Romania, we have a sentence that says like this -> Tell me who you're hanging with so I can tell you who you are. or could be translated as "birds of a feather flock together"
Its not the First time and its not gona be the Last time when this will happend.

I do agree, these "Brain Farts" shouldnt be an EXCUSE ! Not at all !

Sadly to see a Level 400 SWORDSMAN 💪 💪 decided to cheat not only the System, but us aswell (The Legit players) whos struggling to complete/compete into a system.

Its good to see atleast he Decided to make it Public. Looking foward to see the Hunting Storyes where he will include this part aswell. (if he Would do so).


Returning back to the Exploit / Cheating / Taking Advantage it would be nice to see MA actually does something and keep an EYE on the following Events.
I do still think 3 Days penalty isnt the biggest penalty (they could wipe skills / attribs and rest as we seen back on the time), but atleast could be as a FINAL WARNING for these who likes to go across the System.
Until next Event, where we will see again BIG Names doing the same... and all of frustrations will be here again !
 
I think it takes a lot of guts to come forward and admit you made a mistake, particularly when there is no requirement for you to do so. Many cannot admit their mistakes to themselves never mind to others.

There's a whole load of people both big names and not, all caught up in this but only a few not only owning the mistake but accepting the punishment with good grace.


There is also a lot of tall poppy-ness goes on here, just because someone is seen to be successful in the game doesn't mean they are not human or infallible, it gains a lot more respect from me to admit when you messed up and your actions there after even more so in this type of situation.


Personally I think the punishment was fitting considering this has been around for years and never dealt with, could have been easily stopped had it been recognised before the missions went live. Not saying the players were not at fault and I am glad something is starting to be done about these things.

I would say its not having a balls since people already found out who got banned but more a try to clear the name a bit, also the brain fart excuse is so lame. For me it looks like one of those influencers apologies online "im sorry that you feel offended" type.

Dont take it personal but this is the true. For how long did "system 32" close the eyes for "dll's" who ping pong outside of the table? Long long time. If a new player ( maybe a rich player) come and see that a RCE have this type of close eyes....will never risk his money.
The shame start from core and go down to the last.

In fact we have a lot of exploits and bugs, i did offer them to work together with them many Times (i bet i am not the only one) but they do not Listen, its cool that we have more "communication" with mindark the past monts, but MA are the ones NOT willing to Listen. In fact it seems that the playerbase does care more about the game then the developers. And they only fix something if A. It costs them money or B. it goes public

Just as a example again :
The pvp exploit with the Gems Was a problem because you need to cycle a lot of peds in crafting ( what Generates money)

But

Macroing/boting is no problem because it generates more money and only messes the mu (money for the players)

In my eyes thats a shitty way how to lead a company i do understand that the Code is a mess, but ffs mindark choose a path fair play or free for All nothing inbetween

Hire a Team that Tests bugs
Ban everyone who uses a exploit/bug
Or stop banning people @all

Shure its not possible to fix everything
But atleast you Show people that you as developer care about it.

The only thing that this did show (atleast to the people who know about the whole thing) is that if you abuse a exploit then make shure to abuse it well and if you notice that to many people abuse it then go ahead and be the first who reports it because then you 1. Sell all your friends and 2. Your Account is safe but still get the progress

I hope i didnt Brake any rules, i tryed my best to not Do. If So then just delete my post

Exactly, and for whatever reason I keep being downvoted to oblivion on this but it is why I keep calling for Mindark to do a better job at preventing exploits.

If everyone here thinks they can change the spots on cheaters and exploiters by punishing them, its quite unrealistic. On the other hand, employees of mindark can actually make changes to the game to prevent cheats and exploits, so the focus should be on that.

I suggest to everyone to look at where your peds are going. It will have much more effect on cheaters and exploiters than any temporary ban issued by mindark. High turnover cheaters and exploiters will eventually find themselves out of peds if there is no markup flowing their way.

If you think I am one of the cheaters, or supporting the cheaters, then you are wrong. I have watched for many years exploit after exploit and not benefited from any of them. I have gone as far as stop doing business with some high profile players due to them leaving a sour taste in my mouth after interacting with them. I have also reported anyone from a noob to mod-nano users for interfering with my gameplay, harassments, etc.. Just so you understand my position.

When it comes to bugs in the game, I have reported them but they've been ignored.

I consider myself an honest player. I have a different viewpoint than many here on how best to approach certain issues.

Either way, I have had enough of the savagery here, as I have done in the past I will continue to vote with my money.

yep ... just not good enough for one what u wrote as an apology felt so fake and far from heart felt i feel sick ,not to mention saying a half assed sorry after u got caught is pitiful, neg rep gl in game .
 
Love the swapping the heat to mindark technique and shelter those that keep finding any way to get away with doing it in every event. They should Increase the ban/punishment so that its so heavy those that come across glitches/bugs in the system either intentionaly or by mistake in the future dont dare think its worth the risk.
People make concious choices to do this. Give them the hammer and watch what happens next time a flaw in the system is exposed.

tbh it dosen't matter what he say it will look bad either way, in my opinion the important part is that he's one of the 0.1% that at least say it out laud.

For real would be interesting to see. No names listed just number of exploiters and amount of punishment received. As well as with what punishment they will get next infraction. Seeing stats like that publicly could deter others from exploiting in the future.

I as well have fucked up here - Do I think that this defines me or whatever I have achieved in this universe, hell no.
Most people who know me, also know that I generally don't take shortcuts, I don't turn down people when asked for help and I try to be as fair as possible in all cases.

In this case in a moment of weakness I chose to run with a shortcut. Do I regret it, yeah. But at some point everyone does step the line, and I'm pretty sure every single loudspeaker in this thread have done so as well - That does not excuse what I/we did here.

I see myself as part of the more dedicated players ingame - And I'll continue to be a dedicated part of the game ☺️

You know what, yes I for one is truly sorry that I got caught doing an exploit for the first time - you are right 👍

The most stupid thing really is that I'm 90% not even gonna finish the other side missions to even get that rare token, I was just curious if it worked.

With that being said - the lynching in this thread is just insane, have a single person in this thread lost anything from this, even if we had not been caught and this had come out ? Would anyone else have gained anything from it, if a few of us had not done this ?

Ubers are people to you know (that's funny, we are basically all bots according to recent polls among none-ubers 😂)

Yes, you and others decided on purpose to circumvent the system of the event that was creating more markup for the common player.

How much more markup could there have been during these first few days, and beyond, for the people attempting the 1k gems craft?

I'm reading this and it is quite surreal- I did report once that I have pet focus generation without having pet? Can you imagine? Hehe being honest here is uncool :D.
Rules was clear right, sadly those admired by my players was one to catch red handed. Like with twen token, like with pet.
I did cheat too- jumping out of water when fishing leviathans, because I could.
But this one is different. It is just sad, at least you could write you cheat because you could period.
But on the other hand is Mind Dark you make a game for now 21 years, man it is surreal that that king of exploits and bug are not detected faster.
