PVP Event - When is the best time

Ok, some of you might know im planning a PVP event with a twist. Ive managed to get quite far with the planning of it. Prob is i dont really know when most of you PVP players are active in EU to partake. I suspect these questions have been asked before, but i also suspect the norm averages have changed with this new VU (things being the way they are).

So can you all please let me know the following....

What are the best days for you?
What times during those days are best for you (MA time preferred)?
How long are you usually on during those times (average)?
