here is what I am hoping to hear.
BLP weapons do not max out early but is still good to use.
I just dont know how these work.
a lazer weapon of the same damage would max at 19 or 20 but this blp max at 100.
Why. Is it crazy to use this weapon with a 19 skill.

you need to use SIB (skill increase based) weapons. non-SIB (old school) are always lvl 100 max (no matter if blp or laser) and never use unless maxed! you will lose tons of PEDs while using those. just go to http://www.entropiawiki.com/Chart.aspx?chart=Weapon and choose SIB = yes under column dropdown to see all available SIB weapons and keep in mind that always use guns that you have 10/10 hit ability!
