Ok, I am a complete newbie, got 1 whopping great point on heavy weapons after a long time in Entropia.

What gives heavy weapons, and if nothing, why does a friend of mine have 200 odd something points in it?

Hopefully one day we will be able to hunt on planets with vehicles so we can make better use of that skill.
