Biological warfare is once more upon us as super-aggressive Hogglo Diablos roam free around the PVP Zone near Fort Argus! These monsters are believed to be the creation of the unhinged criminal known as Gareth.
Not only that, but just as the first Hogglos were sighted the infamous terrorist Charles Marvin hijacked CalyNET’s communications to send this transmission:
Good morning Planet Calypso! I see you’re having lots of fun with those adorable Hogglo creations of my old friend, Gareth Tamer. He does so love his biology! Of course, the CDF would know all about biological experiments, wouldn’t they? I am living proof of that.

The transmission raises more questions than answers! Is Gareth currently a member of Marvin's gang? How exactly do they know each other? Are Gareth and Marvin in league together against the CDF? Or is Gareth just plain crazy? So many questions! Perhaps only time will tell.
