i think @ arround 2500 (pistol) or 3000 (rifle)

This is a difficult one, but if you've only used one of BLP or LWT then you should get it around 3600 (BLP or LWT).

Also about 2200 IRD, 3000 WH.

If you've used both BLP and LWT it'll be delayed somewhat

It will come when you just "know" you have a bugged avatar that will "never ever" have RDA.

I never got it, even when well into profcient standing.
Mindark told me that it is impossible to say when it will come as no 2 avatars are identical.

I never got avoidence either which people say comes around 2400 evade - i had 3k evade and 1k dodge.

did u implant? I know that slowed mine down lots, Id given up on it, then after about a week of FAP/evade/axe skilling I got it on 1st rifle shot

I chipped up on LWT because i stopped using blp as i thought it was a waste of money with such high ammo burn

As for RDA ull get it right around as you turn great some have it a bit early and get it Mid way through good and some get it a bit after getting great in prof standing.

as for Avoidance that will come within the next 50-100 skill or so keep at it

i got RDA at around 3.6k LWT... i was shooting a merp while escorting a disciple around to get TPs... i was so happy i got RDA that i forgot to loot the merp lol
