I just gained Evade after being hit by a Provider
Yeah, they're an Evade mob, weirdly. I noticed the same thing hunting in Deathifier's Stalker LA a while back and was very surprised, having been convinced that they must be a Dodge mob. But apparently not

I remember having read somewhere that Evade/Dodge skillgain depends not on the attack type, but on its range... e.g., being vomited upon by a snable gives Evade because of small range.
