Resetting Password on Entropia Life

I'm trying to reset my password over at entropialife.com, but never recives any email from there. And yes, i have checked and dbl checked my spam filter and folder(s) .
After trying this over a few days, hoping it was just a temp glitch on the site, i did try sending an email to their support mail addr. Unfortunately this only returns "Account does not excist.." respons from the mail servers.. And i have been unable to find any info on other ways of getting in touch with anyone managing the site.

I'm hoping someone may get in touch so i can get back into my entropia life account

didnt work for me either, you need to contact staff of Big Industries ingame they will contact the right person, best bet is the event organizers they are in general very helpful,
